Returns
As a consumer you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For returns based on fit, preference, or change of mind we do not provide a return label — the return is at the customer's own expense.
Return process:
- Email us with your order number at info@rinosbike.eu
- Once your withdrawal is confirmed, arrange and pay for tracked return shipping yourself to the address we provide
- The item must reach us within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in original condition and packaging
- After receipt and inspection we refund the item value via your original payment method
Defect on arrival
If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos and videos of the defect to your report.
Send your report to info@rinosbike.eu. Only with complete photo and video documentation submitted within the 48-hour window can we review your claim and arrange a free replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Important notes:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Refund will be via the original payment method
- Processing time: within 14 days of receiving the return
