Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A 'consumer' is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction that is predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from:

The day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods in a standard order with uniform delivery
The day on which you took possession of the last goods if goods are delivered separately
The day on which you took possession of the last partial shipment if a product is delivered in multiple shipments

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

Note on return costs: The consumer (you) bears the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method without any fees.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only obliged to compensate for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to handling not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs
Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
Contracts for the supply of goods if these, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery
